Rejected referral gisha by tico has not expired

Describe the bug
December 10, 2022 username gisha was reserved on earnproton.com (Status 1)
December 11, 2022 username gisha signed up for a Proton account (Status 2)
December 11, 2022 gisha was KYCed and verified (Status 3)
Promised reward of $2 XPR never happened for a month and 15 days
January 26, 2023 tico rejected the referral as expired (Status 4)
gisha did all the required processes and approved in two days.

Expected behavior
From status 3 it was supposed to move to status 6 and accounts gisha and bolelang paid XPR worth $2 each

Additional context
This looks like a human error and inconsistent KYC processes that need to be fixed
