New registrant nickosbu status on earnproton account stuck status 1

Describe the bug
When a username nickosbu is registered on https://earnproton.com/join/bolelang it is updated on the blockchain account earnproton to status 1.
When further processing is done on the account, like installing and signing up in it, doing a KYC the status is not updated to indicate the progress.
The username nickosbu does not appear when bolelang login on https://earnproton.com to check status of his referrals.

Expected behavior
When nickosbu signup in a webauth.com wallet status is updated to 2.
When nickosbu do the KYC status is updated to 3.
