According to the man page of clara-chroot, the reconfig option should reinstall the conf of the existing chroot ie to update the conf apt file, this is clearly not the case. this command does not change the source.list file in the chroot.
The following steps allow to reproduce the bug
1- add a repo in config.ini file of clara
2- run clara chroot reconfig command
3- check /etc/apt/sources.list file of chroot
