How to configure eUPF with 1 PDU session via API

Test case 1 (1 PDU-session + 1 flow)

    eUPF runs on DUT in standalone mode

Use these commands via API:

1. Set FAR with ID = 0 and action = forward

When I tried my Virtualbox VMs (TRex, eUPF), the progress was displayed until halfway, but after that, t-rex-64 crashed.
Also, I configured eUPF using the APIs you provided.

The process has dropped, but when it's running, the Rx rate is lower compared to Tx, more than half the packets dropped.

I build the main branch of TRex and ran it, but it crashed halfway through.

For reference, I would appreciate it if you could let me know which version of TRex you tried. (And regarding the OS, too.)

Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS and Trex v3.04

Thank you very much for your information.

First, I also tried it on Ubuntu 20.04.6 and Trex v3.04 as shown in the figure.

At that time, I used virtio-net for N3 and N6 on the TRex VM.
There may be a problem with DPDK's virtio-net support.

I see there was some driver backpressure issues during the test (Total_queue_full : 13246636).

Try to disable packet resending via --queue-drop argument. Sometimes it makes Trex's test more stable.

Thanks to your suggestions, TRex has become a little more stable.
I speculated that virtio-net support might become unstable under load.
