Can maxogden/menubar come to this org? #9

https://github.com/maxogden/menubar has ~5k stars, yet for 2 good years there was 0 activity. The author confirms he's not maintaining it anymore (see here), and recently I've been made admin of the repo. The repo start to regain some activity now.

If I understood correctly, electron-userland is made to avoid long periods of inactivity for repos like that. I created a small poll on maxogden/menubar to see if the community thinks it makes sense to move it here. But before that poll goes to far, I just wanted to make sure about the eligibility of maxogden/menubar to come under electron-userland.

Hi @amaurymartiny, we (the Docs & Tools WG) are going to have a discussion around how electron-userland governance may change in light of recent JavaScript ecosystem events. We'll update this issue when we have more information about it.

I think at this point we should actually move it here w/o asking, it is an open-source project, and it would be better if it could be moved and links would follow. Potentially updating NPM as well, however, it seems very clear to me they have moved on.
