Additional 48px switchboard icons

Feature

As per proposed design improvements for switchboard, several of the icons need 48px versions to scale up nicely when switchboard is in full screen (or) on a larger display.

Note, the code to use them in switchboard is not yet implemented, pending an additional issue report and pull request yet to be filed.
