Selecting from multiple available audio devices behavior #223

What Happened?

Changing the output device does not work as expected.
Sometimes the radio button changes but working output device is the same.
Sometimes the radio button changes back to a previous selected one.
Sometimes the radio button changes to a different output device than the selected one.
Sometimes the radio button does not work at all.

It looks like that there is some delay when selecting a device.
So, when changing, the activated device is not exactly the last one that was selected.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click on the volume icon.
  2. Select a different device from the list.
  3. Select a different device again

Expected Behavior

Selecting a device should activate the specified device.

If this is as asynchronous task, all options should be disabled until the specified device is activated or any kind of error.

Latest release (I have run all updates)
