Month Picker not displaying correctly #9

Hi! Thank you for keeping this month picker updated!

I have tested your example for using it inside a modal, and there are two things that are not displaying correctly:

The background for the selected month is only circular for January, the other months have a square background when selected.
The Next button is not visible when it is enabled.

I have checked out the source code to see If I can fix it myself, but I did not find where the problem might be. Have anyone noticed this problem?
