Easy but valuable improvements in user interface (Front + Level pages)

I did a tour in Elma.Online and discovered a few ideas. I list them here in raw format.

1. Front page

The sections should be in different order by default (see the picture).

News and Welcome are the most important things to notice for the reader (or Welcome and News). Maybe the news could be highlighted if its only a week old (or for some other reason especially worth noticing). Then comes IMHO internals and battles. "Latest Replays" could be also "Latest Records" (world, nation, city but not personal records) with a link to replay. "New Level Packs" should show the date.

2. Levels page

Not sure if it's a good idea to combine internals and externals at first place because more detailed statistics are relevant with internals than externals. Anyway if the levels are on the same page, the internals should be distincted in clear way. Also some focus for "Trending Now" packs and the most popular level packs should be in own sections, maybe wannabe internals too, to give some highlight for the ones deserving it. This page should also show the date per level pack to give more context for the reader. Also cups in own section / page, maybe.

3. Levels > Total times page

A small extra info under the heading would make the page easier to read (= better).

Actually the News should have a format of:

2023-08-03: blaa
2023-04-01: bloo
2022-12-11: bluu (creator of #across)

This would make reading easier, to have some historical perspective at hand immediately
