Update aws-sdk to v3

What Changed & Why

• Replaced old aws-sdk (v2) package with equivalent v3 packages, due to v2 going into maintenance mode
• Used aws-sdk-js-codemod to update code
• Updated client setup to pass endpoint URL and updated credentials directly into the S3 client's options, which seemed logical based on [Feature]: Transform AWS.Endpoint instance creation with URL aws/aws-sdk-js-codemod#694

I then checked that the existing test suite still passed via npm run test, and npm link-ed the module into an existing Ember app that uses this package to confirm that, at least, that app's deploy would continue to work as expected.

• Fixes AWS SDK v2 deprecation warning #173
• Obviates Fixes #173: Use v3 aws-sdk #183, for which CI is failing and which has not been updated in several months
