Add token component

Should be able to display tokens and associated meta data (creation, update, last used, ...).

The "active" icon is the key icon from the MDI library. The "expired" icon is a combination of the same and the circle-small icon. The dot is horizontally centered and touches the bottom line, the key is moved 2px to the top. The dot should help increase accessibility, as the colors red and green are not good enough differentiators alone.

Thumbnail

It might be benefitial to display the token's owner as a pill in the lower right corner of the thumbnail. Likely configurable.

Card

Card might get redesigned at a later date.

"Name of the user" is a sub component; it displays the owner as an inline text.
