Alpine-based rsyslog server image for arm32v7 architecture (compatible with Raspberry Pi 3 or newer)

Image comes in two variants:

• emkor/rsyslog-rpi:alpine3-minimal: includes only rsyslog itself
• emkor/rsyslog-rpi:alpine3-full: includes the rsyslog and all its plugins available in alpine package repository
