Docs for field-guide

field-guide needs its own docs page that outlines how to use it. I'm sure we all know that already, just figured a tracking issue would be nice for launching that effort. :)

So as part of some recent work that I needed to do, I setup field-guide to have it's own dev environment when you clone it and run npm i && npm start. It is currently the default content that is created when you install field-guide so it can for sure be greatly improved!! but here is the link for now: https://field-guide.netlify.app/

Let me know what you would like to see on those pages and we can work on some content 👍
