Allow Wildcard DOL Path in Config

I've been informed that GCRebuilder doesn't use the "main.dol" naming scheme, so if you were to extract the disc files using that, you'd have to rename the file which seems inconvenient.

My suggestion is to allow a wildcard for the dol filename which should be fine since there should still only be one in whatever folder the config points to (e.g. orig/sys/).
