block 44967 #9

Hi there,
I am parsing chain data using ethersjs and i am getting a numeric overflow error at block 44967. I guess the reason is the "v" value of a transaction, see screenshot here https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/941293848414527538/1060525150069604352/image.png

is this a normal behaviour?
