There was a huge issue with KCT on serving published pages, and it's clear we need to make it easier. Required steps:

Set up a file server for dashboard files (per enterprise or global)
Give each email address/github name a namespace on this, without Personally Identifying Information
Command in the Studio/Extension to upload dashboard file to server/replace it
Hand user back the URL
