rename the cli command

entropy is a collision with https://github.com/entropyxyz/entropy-core network binary name

we need to rename:
possible renames:

• entropy-cli
• something new! maybe we dont even have entropy in the command
  please comment with a name proposal if you have one

This is probably far too clever a name but negentropy is, in English, the reverse of entropy; it means "becoming ordered."

What if we called the CLI "harvest" as in "this is our Entropy harvester, the tool we use to collect all the good stuff we're putting in there."

Then you might have commands such as harvest balance and harvest transfer, for example.
