Add unix socket pseudo "networks" #182

It would be good if proxies/services could connect over unix sockets

to do so they would need a shared mount that allowed this - one way of providing that is to mount them with a shared tmpfs dir

unlike with networks they would need to be restarted to dis/connect

phlax added this to the 0.2+ milestone
