强烈建议重写插件对cookie操作时，可选择覆盖或者追加模式 #129

Description

经测试，重写插件v2版本对header的host、User-Agent等参数均是覆盖操作，而对cookie是追加操作。
为避免多余的cookie值影响对上游的请求，建议实现覆盖，或者可选覆盖跟追加
