[Publication]: Set focus selected on New folder when user create folder in Change path form for prompt publication request

Description

with current implementation user need to select new folder after it was created, it is not selected automatically

Use case/motivation

Steps:

1. user create publication request for chat/prompt/folder
2. user click Change link in Publish to path -> Change path form is open, root folder is selected by default
3. User create and rename new folder -> Focus still on root folder

Expected result: focus should be set to new folder when user created and saved name
