Hi,
we used 5prime v3 chemistry for Nanopore sequencing, is it the same as 5prime v2? Could I use 5prime v2 as well or is there any update?

5prime V2 and v3 are not compatible. I will add V3 support ASAP.

We are currently working on this. It will hopefully be included in next months release.
