Wait until code is more finished
Finalize package name selection
- Is ef is too short?
- Is ef_python informative and readable?
Update README
Check and update setup.py

There is a technical issue concerning examples: should they be included into the package or not?

I'm not particularly attached the current name.
Other ideas certainly can be discussed.
