Description

When opening the filterSettings button, it is possible to change order, but nothing actually happens to the ordering.

Reproduce

Open any workspace, press the + in advanced filter (add/remove filters)
Drag filter up or down in the list

Expected behavior

The filter ordering reflects the order in filterSettings
