Error-coded responses should be compiled in numerical order #232

In the Vimeo API reference docs, error descriptions with error codes sometimes appear out of numerical order, such as in https://developer.vimeo.com/api/reference/videos#upload_video

Ideally, these error codes would appear in numerical order.
