Can't build from source

Introduction
An error occurs during compilation. I have installed all the required files beforehand, as requested in the tutorial.

Please describe the bug
talsan@talsan-linux:~/eruption$ make
make: cargo: File or directory not found
make: *** [Makefile:31: build] Error 127

To Reproduce
git clone and than make

Expected behavior
the program should compile

sudo apt install cargo
