This is strange. I don't know of any reason that Try running a TCP test without bitrate limit to see what is the network throughput and how it behaves. Other UDP tests that may help understanding the issue changing to Running Wireshark at the network connection points to the client and the server may help to determine whether the client machine is loosing the packets, whether they are lost in the way, or whether the handling in the server is the problem. |

I tested version 3.16 of iperfs on two Windows 11 computers and during the UDP packet filling process
why the receiving end's rate kept showing 0
server:iperf3 -u -c 192.168.43.100 -i 1 -l 1470 -b 200m -t 999
client:iperf3 -s -i 1
