Does it support dual network？

When I set up dual networks and conducted a test, I found that a network failure in one subnet would cause etcd to become inaccessible. However, approximately 5 minutes later, it would automatically use the network of the other subnet to rebuild the service. Why is this happening? And can the recovery time be reduced?
