Hi Chris, I'm happy to add you as a contributor or transfer the repository. This has long served as a reference but I'm not blocking any community effort to take this over here or elsewhere :)

@q9f Feel free to add me into the repo. What is preventing the previous working services from functioning properly? They've been offline for over a year and we have the application layer developers onboarding. Increased frequency of users asking to obtain testnet funds and such.

My contract with Ethereum Classic ended more than 2 years ago, so I cannot really tell who was maintaining these services and what happened to them.
