How do I run this client to implement Ethernet node discovery? I downloaded the unzipped package and typed in the commands and found that a lot of things are missing.
Do I need to follow the diagram below step by step?

I want to use this code to implement node discovery in the Ethereum network. But I don't even know how to run it right now.
