Self-explenary. For example if I want to add scripts to specific sale (lets say this https://www.gmodstore.com/dashboard/teams/80/sales/1909/edit), then it should not show my disabled addons when I open the drop down box with all my addons.

Small, but good detail :)

If anything denied add-ons shouldn't show, not disabled. I've already added a disabled add-on to a sale and then re-enabled later.
