Наверное вы видели модуль Kylshop (корзина товаров). Сейчас этот модуль под новые версии DLE не актуален. Можете создать плагин аналог KylShop и продавать плагин для DLE Billing. Сейчас аналога KylShop нету и ваш плагин будет очень популярен и заработаете на нём деньги
