Error when '&' character is used in the Issue Name

It will try to use '&' character in the temp solution name and will fail, there should be some logic to remove not supported characters.

Hey, @ksulikow. I thought about implementing this one but I ended up just letting the error get returned to the user to deal with. In hindsight, it doesn't make it explicitly clear that it's the issue name causing the problem. Happy to accept a PR for it.
