[EAK-366] Implement a full-featured Autocomplete widget

Need to create a full-featured Autocomplete widget that will step in instead of the legacy https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager/reference-materials/6-5/granite-ui/api/jcr_root/libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/autocomplete/index.html

Must be functionally close to the current @select (Mnemonic formula is "same Select but with ability to enter arbitrary text).
Must implement foundation-autocomplete contract.
