rational-numbers missing test cases for "exponentiation of a given rational number to a real (floating-point) power"

Hey 👋 I'm currently doing the Elixir track, and noticed that while the exercise description says:

Exponentiation of a rational number r = a/b to a real (floating-point) number x is the quotient (a^x)/(b^x), which is a real number.

and

Implement the following operations: [...] exponentiation of a given rational number to a real (floating-point) power

the test cases (and the exercise template) do not actually require that directive to be implemented.

I'd be glad to add test cases (and update the Elixir exercise template) for this directive if someone can confirm that's needed!
