FAQ is out of date about deleting submissions #2117

The FAQ say you can't delete submissions but this feature was added in exercism/website@fd5d01e. I'm not sure if the answer should be updated or the question should be removed.

There are more things is the FAQ that are painfully out of date 🙈 including:

What happened to my Team from the old site?
We now have a dedicated Teams site.
