Hace falta sacar la dirección del backend de Heroku (variable de entorno) para que:

1 La app de testing que se genera al hacer el pull request apunte al backend de testing y no al posta
2 Se pueda cambiar la URL del backend sin cambiar el código

no tomo la URL de Heroku, pero puedo optar entre 2 opciones de backen…

* 'prod'  por defecto
* 'review' para la app automática del pull request, apuntando al backend de testing #37

por ahora no sirve, el app.json de Heroku sólo soporta postdeploy
