Quaranteen

This folder contains files that are not used anymore. They will be deleted in an upcoming release.

Content

  • Auxiliaries: this folder contains general executables and resources.
  • Pre-qc: this folder contains scripts that were used in MobaGenetics 1.0 to check and harmonize batches prior to execution. This has now been integrated in the first module.
  • QC pipeline: this folder contains various scripts and resources that are not used anymore.
