failed to dial when execute boost deal command

Some errors occurred while executing the boost deal command：

  * [/ip4/xx.xx.xx.xx./tcp/2102] failed to negotiate security protocol: EOF

After restarting, the deal can be normal, but this error occurs again after a while.

ping test
