ipfs版本：ipfs/go-ipfs:master-2022-08-05-cb280cb
在docker容器中运行，使用默认配置文件：https://ipfscluster.io/0.14.2_service.json
通过 ipfs-cluster-service init & daemon 是可以参与 pin
而通过 ipfs-cluster-follow run --init 可以发现节点，但是不参与pin ，一直都是remote
