Notary SLAs (service levels) - mandatory not optional
The pitch (why do this)
Really, this is just part of business-as-usual continuous improvement stuff. We have experienced some pain to date, and asking ourselves how might we move faster? Recos include:
1 Notaries unite around a common manifesto - we all have some level of time/ energy to activate this new network
2 Notaries elect the level of contribution they can make with the option to dial up/ down effort based on other commitments so long as it's communicated
3 Notaries elect delegates in their organisations to ensure things keep moving
4 Is there potential to create a meritocracy? Those that perform earn more governance rights/ leaderboard/ incentives
This could extend to RKHs also
5 Notaries are transparent in their activities (esp. if they are also a service provider or facilitating deals)
Next steps
This is fairly monumental so can take feedback here or in a survey. Thoughts?
