The pitch (Why do this)
Before shifting to autonomous mode, further define the rules to embed in the code covering:
i) Clarity of Strategy
-purpose & mission & measures of success
ii) Clear Roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
-with guidelines of what is expected and what happens when under/ over performing
iii) Service levels are clear - and so are the consequences when not fulfilled
iv) Code of conduct (already exists) - with audit tools to track
v) Regular, clear comms, inc. some mandatory attendance at certain forums
vi) Risk management function/ audit tooling

Next steps
A lot of this is defined already and new tooling will add much value, @galen-mcandrew & @dkkapur you could propose back to community the outline and/or highlight where there are still gaps are you still need input around
