Github pages APT repository removed. Action needed for some users.

Today, I've disabled github pages hosting for this repository.

It's no longer possible to fetch deb packages from https://firecow.github.io/gitlab-ci-local/ppa/ via apt commands

You have to remove old gitlab-ci-local repository files possibly located in /etc/apt/sources.list.d and follow the new installation instructions https://github.com/firecow/gitlab-ci-local#linux-based-on-debian, if you see any errors related to this change, when updating apt packages.

This decision have been made to keep the git repository at a relatively small byte size, I will therefore have to force push .deb files out of git history in the coming days.
