[Feature] Update package to reflect dynamic source table availability

Describe the Feature

Per recent release notes

"For connectors created on or after July 18, 2024, we have enabled table-level selection or deselection for the Greenhouse connector."

We should update our package to allow for more dynamic and customizable functionality based off existence of select source tables. Note that the union data feature may likely address this.
