FileTileProvider to use external storage. #1382

Is FileTileProvider only reads data from flutter_app/ or can we use ExternalStorage like /storage/emulated/0/Download/ something? Please help I tried using external Storage given the permission required but still no success. can not be able to find the file, even if it is there. |

Sorry to bother you, but I actually had android 12 and here we need to define "android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" and allow it. Now it's working fine. |
