What do you want implemented?

I want only restrict the latitude in the vertical direction (so that the default gray background does not appear), and scroll horizontally unbounded in the horizontal direction (unbounded horizontally scroll is implemented in #1948.

no workarounds available，if there is any alternatives way, please help.
