Please consider adding the i8259 interrupt controller

Unlikely that I get around to emulator coding anytime soon unfortunately (and usually I don't implement chip emulators isolated from a system that needs those chips).

What home computers were using the i8259? Wikipedia says it's mainly been designed for 8086/8088 systems?

I have a bunch of S100 systems that use them as interrupt controllers, mostly morrow designs and compupro.
