Suggested by @albertorizzi in #68

In categories page, we can suggest presets that the user hasn't selected in the SETUP stage. Since we added uuids to presets (#103), this should be easy.

Caveat: the suggestions will be filled with duplicates of already existing categories for those who had used the app before #103 was merged... Not sure how to fix, but shouldn't be that many people as the app is in early stage
