Removing namespace with HelmRelease

Hey, is there any order of removal guaranteed when removing namespace and its resources, or a way to describe it?
It looks like when I remove manifest with both namespace and HelmRelease there is no guarantee for Helm uninstall hook to be executed. Similar when removing several HelmReleases - seems like all uninstall hooks are executed at once.
