Add Filter behavior for Git repostiory ref semver

Maybe I missed something here but, I have different flux setup definition within the same repostitory and it will bill pretty convenient for me to have the possiblity that each of them is following semantic ver but adding some regex there and target only specific tags.

Like:

- toto-1.0.2 apply only to the cluster toto
- toto-1.0.3 will take over the previous one and so on ... 
- tata-1.0.2 apply to the cluster tata

Form what I understand it's quite the same feature as the one we are using for image policies. https://fluxcd.io/flux/components/image/imagepolicies/#filter-tags

Am I missing something here here and it's already possible to achieve such behavior ? Would you be interested to have that feature ? I'll be happy to help on it !
