Needs an update.

Some things that suppose to be addressed here:

There suppose to be some text that states something in lines with: `a function from an init image MUST comply with Fn protocol, i.e., implemented the protocol with respect to https://github.com/fnproject/docs/blob/master/fn/develop/fn-format.md or hotrwap.
CLI commands update (no fn run, etc.)
